They were easy to work with. Customer Service was excellent and they handled my concern with professionalism. I am a very satisfied customer and will absolutely use them again.

I was very nervous about this trip and the places involved didn’t always feel the safest. But Lalechet made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable for my son and for me. They kept us updated the whole time, always explained what was happening, and answered our questions no matter the time or location.

This has been my second group trip with Lalechet, in addition to some smaller personal trips. Their team is unbelievably trained and knowledgeable. From beginning to end, they were flawless. The bus, hotels, meals, snacks and everything provided by Lalechet was five stars. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them.

BH the trip and the details and all the accommodations were to the best possible and definitely a 5 star! I traveled with two children to Uman for Rosh Hashanah, not my first trip to Uman under these circumstances and not my first charter, the price was very reasonable for our group rate, the details of the trip were done with a Yiddish schedule in mind, when to Daven, (having in mind all Zmanim) eat, sleep. Highly recommend for smooth and enjoyable experience!
