I have rarely seen a business go above and beyond in their communication, updates, and attention to care. This Travel agency has set up the most responsive team that has taken care of everything imaginable to help my kids travel smoothly during a difficult time. (They even packed light meals with chocolate milk, top notch security and a smooth ride.) So incredibly grateful as a parent a couple thousand miles away to get trip updates and have every information shared to prevent any bumps.

Under stressful circumstances, your company helped my family celebrate the holidays together when no one else seemed to be prepared to assist us. 10-Star Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I flew on the Lalechet charter over Sukkos and had an excellent experience. The delays were not their fault—United, Delta, and El Al all experience delays and lost luggage as well. The difference with Lalechet is that there is always someone available to speak with. Unlike the major airlines, where it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person, Lalechet is accessible and responsive. Out of roughly 400 passengers, only a few people lost their luggage, and Lalechet worked around the clock to resolve the situation—something you simply don’t see with the major carriers. I highly recommend Lalechet. The service is outstanding, and they are always there to help. People should stop blaming Lalechet for delays caused by the airport or air traffic control, not the airline itself. When El Al, Delta, or United has a delay, you can’t call their office—but with Lalechet, you can. Keep it up, Lalechet! Looking forward to the Pesach season.

This has been my second group trip with Lalechet, in addition to some smaller personal trips. Their team is unbelievably trained and knowledgeable. From beginning to end, they were flawless. Big shout out to Avrumi R., Chaim D., Yanky P. & Leibish R. who worked and coordinated this last trip for me and my fellow shul members. The bus, hotels, meals, snacks and everything provided by Lalechet was five stars. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them.

We had a great experience with Lalechet. The highlight of using them was that we had one of their best guides. Leibish did not miss out on a single detail and was there to please the crowd throughout the entire nesiah.

Very much in awe of the Buchrim that come along on the trip. Very edil and fine and know how to deal with people in a respectful manner. This is not the first trip I’ve taken with a Lalechet this year.

Gotta give it up to them, 5 star service..... the fact that on every step on the way you have a buscher guiding you and helping you with anything is something else!
