We did a shul trip and Lalechet really did a great job from the planning and execution. Really happy we used them!! Shout out to Simcha and Leibesh who took us around and headed our trip. Will use them again next time

Honest review: I recently flew to Israel on a chartered flight organized by Lalechet Tours, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. With many airlines canceling flights, this company stepped in and truly delivered. The check-in process at JFK was impressively smooth, especially considering it was an international flight to Israel. Lalechet Tours had representatives on-site to guide passengers to the check-in counters and make the process seamless. The flight itself was on a Boeing 767, and I was pleasantly surprised by the roomier seats and extra legroom compared to economy seats on El Al. Each passenger was provided with a small canvas bag containing snacks and mints, and every seat came with a pillow and blanket, adding a nice touch of comfort. We were informed that there wouldn’t be any in-flight entertainment or Wi-Fi, which was no problem as I prepared by downloading music in advance. The flight crew, from the pilots to the attendants, were highly professional and attentive. Two generous meals were served, and I was impressed that they didn’t cut any corners with the food. Another pleasant surprise was the ticket cost, which was less than what I would have paid with El Al. Initially, there was supposed to be a stop in Shannon, Ireland, to refuel, but before takeoff, we were informed that they managed to avoid the stop by leaving some seats unsold—clearly a decision made for the passengers’ benefit. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would not hesitate to fly with Lalechet Tours again. I would consider booking one of their organized tours in the future!

I signed up for the trip the same day as the trip was starting, they were very quick to accommodate me and make sure the flights were taken care of. The only thing I had to do was to show up at the airport. From that point on everything was taken care with such attention to detail! From the trip managers to the kitchen staff (i forgot the names) everyone was transparent and made sure every detail was taken care of! From having a coffee station with food on the bus to the glamourous meals and non-stop food! The accommodations were second to none with a very nice hotel for shabbos in a very nice area with the final night being in a very fancy hotel in Krakow. The program was joined by the famous speaker R Malech who brought with amazing insights when we were by mekoimos hakdoishim but was very funny by the shabbos speeches! The davening and zemiros for shabbos was led by an amazing cantor and choir and it really enhanced the shabbos. The Itinerary was packed with action, but we never felt once that there was pressure that we needed to move along, there was such a chilled vibe about the whole trip To conclude, managing a trip overseas with limited resources is not easy BUT with Lalechet Tours we really felt like we were local. Kudos to the whole team for really arranging and taking care of an amazing trip!
