Very well setup and accomodating.
10-Star Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I flew on the Lalechet charter over Sukkos and had an excellent experience. The delays were not their fault—United, Delta, and El Al all experience delays and lost luggage as well. The difference with Lalechet is that there is always someone available to speak with. Unlike the major airlines, where it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person, Lalechet is accessible and responsive. Out of roughly 400 passengers, only a few people lost their luggage, and Lalechet worked around the clock to resolve the situation—something you simply don’t see with the major carriers. I highly recommend Lalechet. The service is outstanding, and they are always there to help. People should stop blaming Lalechet for delays caused by the airport or air traffic control, not the airline itself. When El Al, Delta, or United has a delay, you can’t call their office—but with Lalechet, you can. Keep it up, Lalechet! Looking forward to the Pesach season.

Honest review: I recently flew to Israel on a chartered flight organized by Lalechet Tours, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. With many airlines canceling flights, this company stepped in and truly delivered. The check-in process at JFK was impressively smooth, especially considering it was an international flight to Israel. Lalechet Tours had representatives on-site to guide passengers to the check-in counters and make the process seamless. The flight itself was on a Boeing 767, and I was pleasantly surprised by the roomier seats and extra legroom compared to economy seats on El Al. Each passenger was provided with a small canvas bag containing snacks and mints, and every seat came with a pillow and blanket, adding a nice touch of comfort. We were informed that there wouldn’t be any in-flight entertainment or Wi-Fi, which was no problem as I prepared by downloading music in advance. The flight crew, from the pilots to the attendants, were highly professional and attentive. Two generous meals were served, and I was impressed that they didn’t cut any corners with the food. Another pleasant surprise was the ticket cost, which was less than what I would have paid with El Al. Initially, there was supposed to be a stop in Shannon, Ireland, to refuel, but before takeoff, we were informed that they managed to avoid the stop by leaving some seats unsold—clearly a decision made for the passengers’ benefit. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would not hesitate to fly with Lalechet Tours again. I would consider booking one of their organized tours in the future!
Lalechet planned and executed a phenomenal large group trip to Eastern Europe around 3 Iyar 5784, visiting Pressburg, Kerestir, Riminov, Lizensk, and Krakow in a truly unforgettable experience. The trip highlighted Rav Avrum Mordche Malach who was inspiring and uplifting with his trademark deep content and at times light style. The journey began on Thursday evening from JFK to Vienna, with Lalechet having non traveling staff members at the NY airport to assist in where to go and answering travel related questions. Upon landing they had 3 comfortable and high end coach buses available for transport, which were used throughout the trip. The buses came along with snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. Staff members traveled in each bus, with the main trip managers being Leibish Rutner and Shulem Pinter, two highly talented individuals smoothly ensuring an enjoyable trip, along with an entire team of staff to help with shuttles coordination, food preparation, and more. We drove to Bratislava (Pressburg) and checked into the hotel early Friday afternoon, with a delicious and tastefully decorated to'amehu to enjoy after the flight. The hotel was very nice, and completely rented out so that we were able to spend a beautiful Shabbos without being disturbed. Late Friday afternoon we traveled to the tzion of the Chasam Sofer and others, with a powerful maamad by Rav Malach accompanied by heartfelt singing and drasha. After which we left for the hotel and began a beautiful Shabbos which was enhanced by R' Baruch Fishel who is an excellent baal tefila and chazan accompanied by a full choir of talented voices. They also enhanced the Shabbos seudos as well, which went on for hours and was perfectly set and the food was plentiful, high end, and delicious. Shabbos morning had another nice davening, and the seuda began promptly and was the same high end level as Friday night. Each seuda had Rav Malach give a drasha in which in his inimitable way combined laughter and toichen bringing home excellent points to ponder to walk away with something tangible and grow. He also gave a fantastic pirkei avos drasha, along with a very serious drasha at shalosh seudas that ran late into the night as he geared up the travelers for a day of intense tefillos at mekomos hakedoshim. Sunday morning started early as we left at 2AM to travel to Kerestir, in which we arrived at around 7AM, and proceeded with davening and a terrific breakfast spread at the nearby nice hotel in Tarcal, and then proceeded to the tzion of R' Shalyele for focused tefilah and bakasha. We then proceeded to Riminov to daven at the tzionim of Rav Mendele and Rav Hershele, followed by an intense visit to Rav Meilich of Lizensk, each of the visits had short speech by Rav Malach to provide context and background of each Tzadik, afterwards in which we arrived late at night in Krakow at the gorgeous AC by Marriot hotel, for a lavish supper and stunning accommodations, for a short time as we needed to leave early Mondy morning to catch a 6AM flight followed by a connecting flight to JFK. While waiting for the connecting flight, we visited Dachau concentration camp for a somber end to a whirlwind trip. Although Lalechet is highly popular and deals with hundreds of trips each year, large to small, nevertheless they are incredibly capable and over deliver on their service, as they think of every detail and strive to make each trip as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Of the countless details, a small example of this would be, that they paid for a sound system for a group of kohanim that traveled along, so that in Lizensk they would be able to hear Rav Malach’s maamad from a large distance. They are far and beyond in a class of their own. I cannot recommend them enough.
Leibish Rutner and his team were awsome if you ever want to plan a group trip they are the best in the business. I highly recommend them for any size group. They are friendly and caring and they do everything with any stress.
Very nice experience bh . Well prepared and special nice service from all the staff members
