Every step of the way, they helped guide us, answer questions, and make the trip manageable, even during very complicated and stressful moments. The care, effort, and thoughtfulness they put into helping everyone get through each stage was extraordinary. They anticipated challenges, calmly handled unexpected situations, and were very responsive. They also incorporated suggestions almost immediately after receiving them. Leibish and Feivish, What an excellent trip! How you think of everything is incredible. I have to let it all sink in to review every detail to make a very emotional trip, kivrei Tzadikim palatable especially with all the delectable foods in abundance. No hungry souls on this trip, just hungry neshamas looking for their salvation! White glove service at its best! No job too small as stated!!
