This has been a hoaring 3 weeks in Israel. Lalechet Tours made it possible for my daughter and soninlaw to get to New York along with many other stranded passengers. They did it with such kindness and graciounes. Why dont other airlines learn from them how prepared meals can taste so good and wholesome . On-time scheduling, informing passenger's families of information needed before and throughout the trip. So well organized. There was nothing the passenger had to think about. Kuddos for a great job. Under stressful circumstances, your company helped my family celebrate the holidays together when no one else seemed to be prepared to assist us. Every step of the way, they helped guide us, answer questions, and make the trip manageable, even during very complicated and stressful moments.
